Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Psaki was the oldest of three daughters. She was the daughter of Eileen Dolan Medvey (Psychotherapist 8]) and Dimitrios R. Psaki (Greek, Demetrios R. Psakes), who were both real estate agents. Her grandfather was a Greek who immigrated from Greece in 1904, and her mother was of Irish heritage. In 1976, her parents were married. Psaki is also descended from Polish ancestry. Psaki graduated in 1996 from Greenwich High School. In the year 2000, she received an College of William & Mary degree in English and Sociology. She is an active member of the Chi Omega sorority. At William & Mary, Psaki was a backstroke athlete with the William & Mary Tribe athletic team for two years. Psaki started her professional career in 2001 when she worked for the reelection campaigns run by Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate. Psaki was later appointed the deputy press secretary of John Kerry's presidential campaign in 2004. Psaki also served as communications director for Joseph Crowley in the U.S. and regional press Secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from 2005 to the year 2006. MSNBC has announced that Psaki will be a political analyst throughout 2022 United States elections and during the 2024 presidential campaign. In 2023 she will host the Peacock streaming program on MSNBC. The first time Psaki made an appearance was on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in which she spoke about the shooting at Robb Elementary School shooting.
