Lily Rabe
American actress Lily Rabe. Her many roles in the FX horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021) are among her most famous. In her role as Portia, in Broadway's production of The Merchant of Venice she was nominated to the Tony Award for Best Actress. She has starred in movies such as What Just Happened (2008) and Pawn Sacrifice (2010). Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits 2017 and Vice (2018). Fractured (2019). Rabe has also been seen on TV in The Whispers (2015) and The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021) as well as The First Lady (2022). Rabe was in Never Again with her mother Jill Clayburgh. She also made her first professional stage appearance opposite her mother at the Gloucester Stage Company of Massachusetts. She was part of two one-act plays, Speaking Well of the Dead by Israel Horovitz as well as The Crazy Girl by Frank Pugliese. The roles she played were able to confer her Equity Card. In the summer of 2003, she returned to the Gloucester Stage Company to appear in Proof by David Auburn. In the same year she appeared in Mona Lisa Smile. After graduating, she came back to New York. She appeared in White Jesus, a one-act play by Deirdre Owen, which was staged at the Naked Angels Theater Company from September 29 through October 2, 2004.
